Let's jump right in!

320 GUEST RANCH, BIG SKY

320 Guest Ranch shows off the mountains in style. As one of the all time best ceremony views in the state, we love this spot. It is nestled up in the Big Sky Canyon, so your guests will fly into Bozeman International Airport. From there, you'll drive up a windy road to get to this paradise. Cabins, great food, an amazing hike right out your back door (ahem, Ramshore Lake Trail), fly fishing, and horseback riding will keep your guests occupied. The Big Sky Resort is just half an hour away for all of our winter weddings. If you choose winter as your season, don't forget to book a sleigh ride at 320 Guest Ranch! They can accommodate large weddings in their outdoor tent or for the intimate micro weddings, you can go into the dining room.

GLACIER OUTDOOR CENTER, GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

The Glacier Outdoor Center is the closest wedding venue to the west entrance of Glacier National Park and is one of our favorite mountain wedding venues in Montana. In less than 1 mile, you can drive into West Glacier and explore all of the beauty the park has to offer. We love stealing couples away for their sunset session into the park. Your guests will be in awe of your wedding ceremony with this backdrop. The open air reception area is perfect if you want to feel connected to the mountains even as your reception is in full swing. The venue's event coordinator, Amy, is the nicest person you'll ever work with. When the party is over, your guests can stay at the cabins onsite. Activities in the area include white water rafting with Glacier Raft Company and hiking in the park (we love the Avalanche Lake, Hidden Lake Overlook, and the Highline Trail the best).

WHITE RAVEN, MISSOULA

White Raven is hands down, without a doubt one of our favorite Montana wedding venues of all time. Not only are you on top of the mountain, with gorgeous views all around, but the property is HUGE. You could take your guests on a hike and still not cover all the grounds. You can either drive the golf cart up for some stellar mountain sunset views, or drive the short distance down to the river. The design of the indoor reception hall, the outside dance area (yes, with twinkle lights), and the many ceremony locations on the property makes this a dream come true wedding venue. You won't find a more beautiful reception space. We promise. One of our favorite new additions is their outdoor bar. Not to mention, it is the perfect place for all the fall wedding vibes.

They have two cabins (one that will sleep 16, the other honeymoon cabin will sleep 2). Missoula is just 40 minutes away and has lots of hotels. The owners, husband and wife team, Ashlie & Ryan, are the best in the biz and such kind human beings. You'll love working with them.

CHICO HOT SPRINGS, PRAY

Of all the mountain wedding venues in Montana, Chico Hot Springs is truly a one stop shop. Not only are their mountain views spectacular, (I mean look at this place!) but they offer accommodations, catering, bar service, and dessert. Who could ask for anything more?? Emigrant Peak towers over your ceremony site at the Field of Dreams. It's totally worth the short hike up the hill to get perfect sunset photos as newlyweds. You can also hire a horse and carriage from Outlaw Carriage to take you around the property. The reception area is large, rustic, and has a lot of space for a live band. And of course, let's not forget the hot springs. The pool is located just outside of the bar, so your late night swim can include some libations and fun.

SKY RIDGE RANCH, RONAN

The Mission Mountains right behind Sky Ridge Ranch make it the perfect place for your mountain wedding venue in Montana dreams to come true. As soon as you arrive, the "wow" factor really settles in as you soak in the views. Their ranch's indoor space is absolutely stunning with tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and tulle in the rafters. Dance out on the patio with the twinkle lights as the sun sets behind the mountains. There are so many ceremony location options too, ranging from an aspen grove to the Mission Mountain view, our personal favorite. There are rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in, and they can add on some really adorable vintage plates to your order. It's a family affair at Sky Ridge Ranch! Kurt and Traci, the owners are such sweet people and their daughter, Hope, has a wedding planning company, Big Sky Weddings.
